Mobile Meth Lab Discovered on Littleville Road

The Haleyville Police Department was contacted by a resident on Littleville Road of a box containing chemicals. Upon further investigation it was learned that the contents were materials used to manufacture meth. According to Detective Tim Stiein the street value of the cooking meth is about $300, materials purchased to manufacture the meth would be about $10-20, and the cost to taxpayers to remove the hazardous material is several thousand dollars.

    A total of 4 buckets containing hazardous materials were sealed, labeled and safely removed from Littleville Road.
